Tender description
The works will include: 1). The installation of external wall insulation (EWI) to Council properties; 2). The replacement of pitched coverings, soffits and fascia, verges, hips and ridges, chimneys and associated enabling works and repairs, and also minor ancillary works (e.g. painting waste pipes, painting cills and lintels, pointing brickwork) on occupied Council owned domestic properties within the Borough. External wall insulation and roofing works.
