Tender description

The College invites tenders for the provision of Hire & Fitting of Gowns Services for the College Conferring Ceremonies, for the period August 1st 2016 to July 31st 2018 and the renewable period August 1st 2018 to July 31st 2020 It is intended to review the contract after the first period and pending a satisfactory outcome, the second proposed period would be agreed on. It is intended that the successful tenderer will pay a fixed fee for the Licence and the amount of that fee will form part of the criteria for the award of the contract.
