Tender description
Sheffield City Council wishes to commission a comprehensive, integrated advocacy service (‘the Service’) which will deliver the flexibility and capacity to meet fluctuations in demand and at the same time provide an improved service user experience. The Commissioner wishes to consolidate existing advocacy services, namely — Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) — Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) — Care Act Advocacy (CAA) — NHS Complaints Advocacy — Paid Relevant Persons (PRP) — Learning Disability Advocacy into a single arrangement utilising a hub model. The model is described in more detail later in this specification.
