Tender description

Hertsmere Borough Council currently has a panel of agencies supplying streetscene staff to supplement permanent staff from its operation in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire. Due to demands on labour in the region, the current agencies are not always able to fulfill the requirements of the Council. The Council therefore requires up to 3 further agencies to add to the pool to ensure service continuity
