The purpose of the framework agreement is to cover The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for: Services for inspections and improvements of manual extinguishing equipment nationwide refilling/topping-up/charging/replacing extinguishing agents in extinguishing apparatuses maintaining the safety level of manual extinguishing equipment, including adaptations to existing building and operational conditions. Procurement of manual extinguishing equipment Manual extinguishing equipment includes normal hand extinguishers with powder, foam, gas, water, chemical matter or fire hoses based on water or foam. The framework agreements are intended to cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for the above mentioned services in addition to using our labour. Tenderers shall submit a tender in accordance with the division in the following geographical competition areas. Tenders can be submitted for 1, 2 or 3 areas: Competition area A: Market Area North, Market Area Hålogaland and Trøndelag. Competition area B: Market Area West. Competition area C: Market Areas Østlandet and Viken. The main user of the framework agreement will be the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency Rental in the market areas. Other units in the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency can also use the contract to the degree it is appropriate. The framework agreement can also be used by the entire Norwegian Armed Forces, i.e. all departments that are included in or under the Royal Ministry of Defence and which manage and operate their own buildings.
