Tender description

The Institute organises up to 20 events in the Student Centre NEXUS Hall over the course of a full year, concentrated mainly during the two (2) Peak Terms. In addition to these events, others are held in other parts of the campus which will also require the service delivery. The Event Management and Service provision will deal ;- Pre- Event Discussion & Planning, Setting Out, per agreed plans, Setting Up and Removal of Event & Exhibition Hired Equipment, Setting Up & Removal of event & exhibition CIT Equipment, Maintenance of Event Equipment Store, Provision of Hire of Event Personnel and Event Equipment.
