Tender description
This contract is for the provision of care and support for a vulnerable person with complex needs in who will be living in the Blyth area of Northumberland. Complex needs in this context relates primarily to a Service User with needs which result in difficulty in finding and accessing appropriate support services. This may due to the level of risk that the Service User presents to other Service Users, staff or themselves or may be due to the high level of care and support required. The Service User will require 2:1 care and support provision which will be available 7 days a week 24 hours a day and 2:1 support whilst in the community.
