Tender description

To appoint a service provider to carry out the long term maintenance, service and repairs of all alarm monitoring equipment and support equipment for our vulnerable residents living in our properties. The equipment currently in place is a hardwired PABX system — warden call. It is the intention of Yarlington Housing Group to award this contract for an initial period of three (3) years which will commence 1.1.2017 and end 31.3.2020. There is an option to extend the contract term for a further two (2) years beyond this subjust to satisfactory reviews and performance leading to a maximum contract term of five (5) years which will end 31.3.2022 (3 + 2 Contract Term). It is important to note that flexibility will be required with the administration and management of the Contract as new properties are added or properties omitted from the schedule.
