We require an external evaluator to support the evaluation of the Celebrating Age programme by: • capturing learning from the activity supported in formats that allow other practitioner, policy makers, stakeholders and funders to apply this learning and; • developing a simple peer support programme to enhance learning across the grant recipients for the first two years of activity
