Tender description

Recovery of Energy costs. The successful tenderer is required to review Utilities charges to LBRuT and potentially WBC, Tenderers are referred to the specification for further details. This sets out the Authorities' requirements in detail and the Authorities will enter into a joint contract with the successful bidder. There are 2 phases, phase 1 is (Lot 1) Gas/Electricity/Oil/Coal/Renewable Energy/Fuel and (Lot 2) Water. Phase 2 which is a potential future project and not guaranteed is (Lot 3 Telecommunications) and (Lot 4 Rent and Rate Reviews). Please refer to the specification.
