Advent Calendar Video Creation

Tender description

From 1- ­24 December 2016, London Borough of Hillingdon will be staging a different "advent calendar" mini­-event somewhere in the borough every day. Events will include costumed characters, community performers and other Christmas themed "happenings", mainly in public places, indoors and outdoors. Each event will be videoed and added to our Advent Calendar website the following day so that residents at home (whether they can make it to the live events) can follow the excitement at home or on their mobile device. Filming, crewing, editing and uploading of 25 short advent calendar videos (including a spare video), with location work to be carried out 1­-24 December plus possible other days. Company must work completely independently, providing own camera and (if necessary) sound operator, and be able to film in multiple locations, indoor and out, including in dark/street-lit conditions. Videos (up to 10 mins, mostly shorter) will need to be edited the same night as the filming and ready for publication on the Council YouTube feed by midday the following day
