Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking a suitably, qualified and experienced Consultant to provide Ground Bird Nesting Management Services. Dounreay Site Restoration Limited (DSRL) is seeking a suitably, qualified and experienced Consultant to provide Ground Bird Nesting Management Services. The Scope is for the provision of the following services: — provision of appropriate licences from Scottish Natural Heritage (SNH) for the management of hazards from birds, — preparation of a Bird Hazard Management Plan detailing the methodology and mitigation measures, — identification of control areas, — primary controls of falconry disruption and dispersal, — secondary controls of acoustics and decoys. — engagement with SNH during all phases of the contract, including final report — regular engagement with the Employer's Agents during the breeding season — end of season report detailing the returns sent to SNH.
