Tree Safety Report and Remedial Works

Tender description

To survey and provide a risk assessment of all trees growing on land owned by Stratton St Margaret Parish Council, and as identified in map appendix a, and to provide a fully itemised report including; • Species of the individual tree or group of trees. • Age classification of the tree. • Measured tree height and diameter • Current condition of the trees and identify structural defects, decay and/or signs of disease or ill health. • Provide safety and arboricultural management, recommendations, and a timescale for works. • Provide quarterly, itemised updates of all outstanding and completed works. • Accurately plot and number individual trees in a ‘Pear mapping’ compatible format for the Council’s access and use.
