Tender description

St Helens Council is seeking to appoint organisations to provide an Information and Advice Service and an Advocacy Hub (under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, Regulations 74 -76 (Light Touch). The tender comprises of 2 Lots. Lot 1 - Information and Advice Service Lot 2 - Advocacy Hub We would welcome individual or collaborative bids from providers working together, on the basis that we contract with one lead organisation for each separate Lot. Providers are able to bid for a single Lot or for both Lots. The contracts will run for an initial 24 month period from 1st April 2017 to 31st March 2019, subject to an annual review, with an option of two 12 month extension periods.
