Tender description

Community Learning and Skills, in partnership with Kent County Council, seeks to procure a multidisciplinary computer based Management Information System, that provides both the organisation and managers with the tools to organise, evaluate and efficiently manage departments and business activity. The Management Information System will provide past, present and prediction information that assists in operational, tactical and strategic decision making through continuously gathering relevant data, both from inside and outside the organisation, which can then be processed, integrated, and stored in a centralised database where it is constantly updated and made available to all who have the authority to access it, in a form that suits their purpose.
