Specialist Contractor to provide and manage the setting up, implementation and operation of a Cashless Parking Service for London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. In this lot the contracting authority pays the transaction charge per transaction. The contracting authority will also pay any credit or debit card fees payable. The Customer will pay all other charges chargeable by the Provider. In this lot the contracting authority will pay any credit or debit card fee payable and the Customer will pay all other charges chargeable (including the charge per transaction). The Customer will pay any VAT applicable on any charges that apply. It is the contracting authority's requirement that a ‘visitor parking permit’ is supplied and operated by the supplier which will allow visitors of residents in the borough to receive a discounted rate of parking to offer different or no maximum stay periods that might apply to regular pay and display users.
