PAN1109 - Surveying Agency Services for Business Relocation

Tender description

Leicester City Council (the Authority) invites relocation and surveying agencies with in-depth knowledge of the Leicester’s industrial and warehouse market to register interest and receive full details of our business relocation requirements. It is an open framework which allows local property agents to bring forward possible off market properties to aid in the relocation of businesses from the Waterside phase 1 area. For Suppliers to receive full details of the relocation requirements, the Supplier Suitability Questionnaire (SSQ) at section 4 is to be completed and returned to the Authority. Once evaluation has been completed and the Supplier is deemed suitable, a Confidentiality Agreement will be issued to the Supplier. Once the Authority has received a signed Confidentiality Agreement, full details of the relocation requirements can be sent to the Supplier. Suppliers may be included to participate in this opportunity at any time following the process above. Please note this is an ongoing opportunity and work under this contract will be allocated as and when required. Therefore suppliers are advised to apply as soon as possible.
