Outcome based Domiciliary Care Service: Invitation to Domiciliary Care Providers and Voluntary Sector Organisations to attend a Market Engagement event with Bracknell Forest Council

Bracknell Forest Council has been holding a number of events to develop an asset based approach to delivering domiciliary care services. The council is developing a model whereby support is delivered through partnerships which would include the person, domiciliary care providers, and the voluntary and community sector, as well as support resources that people already have in place. The council has had meetings with people who receive support, their carers and practitioners, as well as holding events with domiciliary care providers and voluntary sector organisations. The feedback from these events and meetings has been used to develop a proposed new model. The council is now arranging a joint market engagement event for all the aforementioned groups to discuss the proposed new model. The event will also be an opportunity for domiciliary care providers and voluntary sector organisations to network with each other with a view to developing future partnerships. Please note that this event is not restricted to those organisations who attended previous events. This is the last planned event before the council issues the Invitation to Tender.
