Tender description
The Council will shortly be undertaking a procurement exercise for the provision of a Scrap metal/lead acid battery and WEEE compliance scheme recycling/re-use service. The existing service arrangements are being reviewed to ensure that the new contract can deliver a more flexible and integrated service. This market testing exercise is seeking opinions about how a number of key elements of the contract could be packaged to deliver an appealing contract to the market and provide the council with a stable and effective service.
