London Fields Lido Pool Tank Refurbishment Works

Tender description

Hackney Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the pool tank refurbishment works at London Fields Lido, London Fields West Side, Hackney, London, E8 3EU. Investigative works undertaken by both the tiling and specialist testing teams have identified major problems with the screed / render onsite and that a full screed, render and tile replacement is required urgently. Given the condition of the pool, a full drain down is required to undertake these works, and the drain down process will need to be carried out carefully, in a controlled manner. As time is of the essence for this project, only contractors who can meet the timetable set out in the ITT, and have the relevant experience, should submit a tender for the work.
