Lambeth and Southwark wish to re-procure a framework of preferred providers to provide advocacy and legal advice services needed by the Councils in the operations of their functions. Applications are invited from barristers and solicitors who have attained higher rights of audience in accordance with the Solicitors Higher Rights of Audience Regulations 2010. — Adoption; — Fostering; — SGO; — General social services; — Child protection; — Private Law Children Application; — Judicial Review.
