Tender description
NHS Contract for the Provision of Nutrition Supply Service including Feeds, Pumps, Consumables and a Home Delivery Service on behalf of: East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust; East Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group; Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group; Provision of an Enteral Nutrition service including feeds/ONS/specialist feeds, plastics, ancillary items, pumps and a home delivery service to patients based in community; Deliveries will be required to various sites and locations within the geographic region. Duration of the contract: 1.5.2016 for 3 years plus option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months.
