Tender description
North Ayrshire Council (hereby referred to as ‘the Council’ ) is seeking to put in place Framework Agreements for the Provision of Day Education for Pupils with Additional Support Needs. It is the intention of North Ayrshire Council Education Services to procure the Provision of Day Education for Children with Additional Support Needs through Framework Agreements with suitably competent, capable and experienced Service Providers. North Ayrshire Council is seeking to put in place Framework Agreements for the Provision of Day Education for Pupils with Additional Support Needs with suitably competent, capable and experienced Service Providers. The Council shall rank the Service Providers and Framework Agreements shall be awarded to the top scoring Service Providers. The number of Framework Agreements awarded shall be at the sole discretion of the Council and shall reflect the current service user requirements and the number of tenders for each service category.
