Tender description

The current cleaning contract is due for renewal from October 2016 and is being tendered for quality and best value. Cleaning services are required at the College's two campus sites — Chichester and Brinsbury which is based near Pulborough, West Sussex. Term time and non term time cleaning for all College sites including residential and a diverse range of other sites such as classrooms, nurseries, halls, hospitality kitchens, etc. Expressions of interest are sought from Companies experienced in further education sites and who have a proven track record in this field. The contract is for a 3 year contract starting October 2016, with a possible 2 year extension. The scope is to provide cleaning services for all sites (residential and day) and facilities at 2 locations — Chichester and Brinsbury, near Pulborough. Contract value over period term of 3 years is approx 1 500 000 GBP.
