Clanmil Planned Maintenance Programme 2016/17

Tender description

The Project is for the provision of Planned Refurbishment Works at multiple Clanmil Housing Association schemes across Northern Ireland. Works are to include: • Door Replacement • Window Replacement • Window Servicing • Kitchen Replacement • Bathroom Refurbishment • Hard Landscaping The contract will be split into Lots. Lot 1 £107,916.00 est Lot 2 £409,031.00 est Lot 3 £237,900.00 est Lot 4 £334,100.00 est Tenderers can bid for one or more lots. The process for the award of Lots is explained in Appendix 1 – process for Award of Lots. Works are to be substantially completed by 31st March 2016. Contract period is for 12 months should additional works be identified within this timeframe in a similar geographic location. The above paragraph is only a short form description of the Works.
