Merseytravel are procuring this framework on behalf of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) please see the following: A key objective of the Single Investment Fund (SIF) assurance framework is to support the LCRCA/Mayor in assessing whether potential investments offer good value for money and have the capacity to generate and deliver the growth objectives set out in the Growth Strategy. LCRCA is seeking to set up a framework contract for independent assessment of business cases for projects seeking funding from the SIF. The first applications, in the form of a Strategic Outline Case (SOC), are expected on 9 December 2016. Subsequent Outline Business Cases (OBC) and Full Business Cases (FBC) will also require assessment.
