Birmingham Property Services is seeking a suitably qualified organisation to provide a Heritage Assessment & Site Analysis / Options Study for a number of city centre buildings. The contract is due to commence on Thursday 6 October 2016 and run until Wednesday 4 October 2017 with the option for up to 12 months extension subject to requirement and satisfactory performance. Award will be based on the evaluation criteria stated in the quotation pack.
