Tender description

The council is commissioning to appoint a company to undertake the recovery of unpaid Penalty Charge Notices issued to motorists who have parked illegally or driven in a bus lane during its hours of operation. It is envisaged that the Council will pass approximately 12 000 warrants to the successful company each year. However this amount cannot be guaranteed and therefore may rise or fall. All collection activities must be carried out in accordance with The Taking Control of Goods Regulations 2013, The Taking Control of Goods (Fees) Regulations 2014 and The Taking Control of Goods: National Standards 2014.
