Tender description
An Architect Lead Design Team to undertake an assessment of the work that might be required to refurbish and upgrade the facility, prepare proposals and costs and, on receipt of the Client's decision about the work to be done, to prepare the Works Requirements, participate in the tender process, assess the tenders and recommend an award and subsequently oversee the execution of the work by the appointed Contractor; services to include the provision of ‘Project Supervisor Design Process’, as required by the Safety and Health legislation, and ‘Employer's Representative’ to discharge the functions required by the Public Works Conditions of Contract.
