North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is managing this process for and on behalf of NHS England North (Lancashire) (the commissioner). NHS England North (Lancashire) wishes to receive the views of interested providers on a proposed Zero Tolerance Patient Scheme. The purpose of this service is to deliver high quality general medical primary care within a secure environment across identified areas within the Lancashire footprint, to accommodate patients who have demonstrated challenging or aggressive behaviour in their GP Practice. Please note that all communications and RFI submissions will be conducted via the Proactis portal. It is free to register on the portal, which can be accessed at any time of day.
