Tender description
NCC is seeking to continue improving its semi-independent offer for young people by commissioning outcomes-focused accommodation and support services from providers who will ensure that each young person transitions from their service as a resilient, self-sufficient adult. To achieve this, in addition to NCC's own semi-independent provision, NCC are seeking to enter into a contracted Framework arrangement with external providers for the supply of these services.
