Tower Court Architectural Servces - Adam Khan Architects (AKA) Extension of contract

Tender description

Extension to the architect’s contract for the Tower Court regeneration project. A planning application for the Tower Court scheme was submitted by AKA on 23rd May 2016 with the application reference 2016/1930 and is due to be considered at Planning Committee on 5th October 2016. The submitted scheme includes 132 residential units and the Hatzola ambulance depot, as well as public realm and landscaping. The contract variation is to cover the additional fees required by AKA to undertake the following: • Redesign the 360sqm space currently designed for the Hatzola ambulance depot and convert it into residential units; • Prepare and submit a revised planning application, including all amended planning reports; and • Develop the detailed design for tender for the amended scheme.
