The Big Lottery Fund (“the Fund”) is seeking a service provider to assist with explaining our role, value and areas of expertise to key audiences including members of the general public, using qualitative and quantitative methods The Service provider shall produce a summary description of our role, value and areas of expertise using words, phrases and examples which have been tested on, and resonate with, these groups, so that they understand and support what we’re trying to achieve.
