Tender description

THE SITE: is located at 1 Antrim Street, Carrickfergus BT38 7DG and is part of the complex of Council buildings on the site. The building is a stone build slated mono pitched roof structure and is currently used as a store. It is located in the corner of the yard which is currently used as a car park. The rear and gable walls of the building form the boundary with other properties. The front of the building is open onto the public car park.
