Award of the contract for the provision of a Compact Oxidation Furnace. **Please Note** This requirement has already been fulfilled therefore this notice is published for transparency purposes only. The Zepler Institute (ZI), University of Southampton has secured funds to purchase a high performance, flexible, 200mm oxidation furnace for use in state of the art nanofabrication research. The new furnace will be installed in the nanofabrication cleanroom located at the University of Southampton, Highfield, Southampton, SO17 1BJ
