Tender description

This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is an indication of a potential future procurement but is not a call for competition and is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. Any procurement will be the subject of a later OJEU Notice. The service will include Management Services to a range of Sport, Leisure and Cultural sites within the district of North Kesteven District Council. NKDC have invested a significant amount of capital in recent years to ensure the facilities are at a high standard. The contract period will be for an initial 10 year period and at the discretion of the Authority, subject to satisfactory performance may include an option to extend for up to a further 5 years. Sleaford Leisure Centre which includes a 25 m pool and fitness facilities – 1 NK Leisure Centre at North Hykeham. Joint use facilities at North Kesteven School which includes 25 m pool with leisure features, teaching pool, fitness facilities, café, theatre, multi-use rooms and floodlit 3G pitch — Sleaford Fitness Centre which is a standalone health and fitness facilities with a small pool — Sports development and outreach services. Situated within Whisby Nature Park near Lincoln -Little Darters activity area -Substantial catering facilities and functions room -Indoor play area. Countryside Ranger service — Grass cutting and maintenance of the Stepping Out Walks network (a series of maintained pathways throughout the district which open up the countryside to the public) 2 small local nature reserves, led walks and countryside events.
