Tender description

Wirral Council is seeking tenders for the management of a Shared Lives scheme in Wirral which supports Shared Lives Carers to enable people who need support to live independent lives, develop and maintain community connections, and maximise their health and wellbeing. We are keen to work with organisations which: Have the organisational, professional, and financial standing to deliver Can support and enhance existing Shared Lives provision Can develop Shared Lives to encompass more respite, day and emergency support Be able to interface and collaborate effectively with other agencies, providing a seamless service for both Shared Lives Carers and Individuals using the service Work with a re-ablement focus to promote independence and maximise potential for customers Encourage a community asset building approach
