Tender description
The Contract is for the refurbishment of three number rooms for use as video conferencing suites: 1 no. at Coleraine Campus; 1 no. at Jordanstown Campus; and 1 no. at Magee Campus. This work includes: the removal of windows/walls to create larger rooms; provision of sound proofing (wall/ceiling/floor); new flooring and suspended ceilings; decoration; and all mechanical and electrical items associated with the refurbishment and AV provision.
