Tender description

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to provide and install boiler, pumps and ventilation replacement with additional heating circuit and new building management system at the Beecroft Art Gallery, Southend on Sea. Comprehensive drawings and a specification will be issued to contractors who express an interest and the works will be carried out under a JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractors Design. The tenders will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality. Please express your interest no later than 12 noon on 19th October 2016. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out on 31st October 2016 with a return date of 6th December 2016 The proposed commencement date of this project is 13th January 2017 and we anticipate a 22 week programme of works.
