Tender description

Berkshire and Surrey Pathology Services (BSPS) intends to procure for the provision of 1 or more Pathology Managed Service Contract(s) for the services of Blood Sciences. This will include but not limited to, Laboratory equipment, Maintenance and servicing, All associated consumables; reagents, auxiliary goods and equipment, Training with associated services, installation, and enabling works. Strategic involvement will be expected, to ensure that best value and operational efficiency are achieved and maintained for the Trust throughout the life of the contract. This contract is intended to cover: Blood sciences, including but not limited to; Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Haematology, Immunology, Serology, Histology, National screening programs, blood gas analysis, Peptide Hormones and, Trace Elements. This list is not intended to be exhaustive, and has only provided to offer and indication of the types of specialities that the BSPS may look to include in the final contract award.
