Tender description

HS2 Ltd intends to procure a contract for the production and refinement of Landscape Technical Standards and Information Papers and the facilitation of the second stage of the HS2 Landmark and Passenger Experience Study. As part of supporting HS2 Ltd in the delivery of the Landscape Specification Designs documents, the awarded Tenderer will be required to: • Item A: Produce a number of new Landscape PRS and Policy Documents including Green Walls & Green Roofs and Public Realm Design Technical Standard and Information Documents. • Item B: Facilitate the second stage of HS2’s Landmark and Passenger Experience Study to explore more widely the opportunities that exist in enhancing the passenger experience. • Item C: Potential future scope of Services. Undertake other services related to item A, including the refinement of Landscape PRS and Policy Documents on a call off basis formally instructed by HS2 Ltd Tenderers must be able to demonstrate their organisation’s proven ability in producing landscape design guideline reports and documents related to large landscape and infrastructure projects and provide evidence of competency in writing clear, concise reports conveying technical information and methods to a standard that could be published. How to apply All potential suppliers must obtain details of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) and submit their tender through the HS2 eSourcing portal. All potential suppliers are required to express an interest by registering on the HS2 eSourcing portal (www.hs2.bravosolution.co.uk). Registering is only required once. Registering: Potential supplier should browse to the HS2 eSourcing portal and complete the following: a) Click the ‘click here to register’ link. b) Accept the terms and conditions and click ‘continue’. c) Enter your business and user details. d) Note the username you use and click ‘save’ when complete. e) You will then receive an e-mail with your unique password. Access to the ITT: a) Login to the HS2 eSourcing portal with your unique username and password. b) Click on the ‘ITTs open to all suppliers’ link. c) Click on the relevant titled ITT item. d) Click the ‘express interest’ button in the ‘actions’ box on the left hand side of the page (this will move the ITT pack into the applicants ‘my ITT’ box). This is a secure area for projects only. e) Click on the ITT code. The applicant can now access any attachments by clicking the ‘settings and buyer attachments’ in the actions box. f) Download the documents relating to the ITT. Click ‘attachments’ on the left hand side. The number in brackets refers to number of documents that need to be downloaded. Click on the bold and underlined filename. Select ‘save’ and store on your PC. Responding to the ITT: a) Instructions on completing the ITT through the eSourcing Portal are contained in the ITT documents.
