Tender description
Norfolk County Council has entered into a contract for the operation, maintenance, installation and commissioning of a small scale power generation plant to utilise the circa 34 % methane and 40m3/hr landfill gas on Morningthorpe landfill site. Initial contract will run for 10 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years.
