INVITATION TO TENDER FOR REACTIVE REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE WORK FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

Wyre Council is inviting tenders for a new framework agreement for the provision of Reactive Repairs and Maintenance works to Authority’s buildings and properties. Reactive Repairs and Maintenance Works Due to the requirements of the works it is essential for contractors who wish to be placed on the framework to be able to attend site to reported works with in 1 hour of the request. Contractors who cannot demonstrate the ability to meet this timeframe will not be considered for inclusion on the framework. No travel or associated expenses costs will be paid in addition to the contractors submitted prices in the pricing schedule. Such costs are deemed to be included within the submitted costs.
