Tender description

Delivery of Internal Audit services to be carried out in accordance with auditing standards, as well as the requirements of the Regulatory Framework as set by the Homes and Communities Agency. The services were initially procured following a sub OJEU process for a two year contract period. Seven internal audit suppliers were invited to submit bids based on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender criteria of 70 % quality and 30 % price. Bids were assessed and marked by officers from Great Places Housing Group and members of Great Places Audit and Assurance committee.
