The Contracting Authority requires a number of insurance policies to cover the various aspects of it's business operations. Insurance required for both Employers and Public Liability cover. Excess Public Liability Insurance Cover — 1st Layer. Insurance required for Excess Public Liability — 2nd Layer. Insurance required to cover Directors and Officers liability. Insurance required to cover Excess Directors and Officers Liability. Insurance cover required in consideration of the impact of a criminal event. Insurance required to cover for Business Interruption. Motor insurance required for fleet of cars and light commercial vehicles. Fleet size approximately 90 vehicles. Insurance required to cover Professional Indemnity.
