Cheshire East Borough Council (“CEBC”) are seeking Insurance Provider(s) and not broker services, to provide Corporate Insurance cover per the specification prepared by CEBC’s brokers AON. Note –participation via electronic tendering: www.the-chest.org.uk refer to section VI.3) below. Current policies: Property, Combined Liability/Medical Malpractice, Motor, Engineering, Crime/PersonalAccident, Computer/Terrorism/Marine, Legal Expenses. Bids requested for Cyber Liability + EnvironmentalImpairment. CEBC reserves the right not to award 1 or more lots. Agreements for use by CEBC + all CEBC subsidiary and associated companies, including, but not limited to: Tatton Park Enterprises Ltd; Engine of the North Ltd; Ansa Environmental Services Ltd; Orbitas Bereavement Services Ltd; Civicance Ltd, Skills and Growth Company Ltd and Everybody Sports & Recreational Trust Ltd (Trading as Everybody Ltd, a charitable trust), Transport Service Solutions Ltd, +any other wholly or partly owned CEBC companies. Insurance Cover for Property Damage/Property Owners/Business Interruption/All Risks/Glass/Works in Progress, as detailed with the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON for further detail, note a claims service is required for this lot. Long term agreements for the initial contract period of 3 years from 1.4.2017 to 31.3.2020 with the option to extend by 2 years to 31.3.2022. Cover is required for Employers' Liability, Public / Products Liability, Officials' Indemnity, Professional Indemnity as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON, note a claims service is required for this lot. Cover is required for Motor Fleet (/insured loss) as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON, note a claims service is required for this lot. Crime Cover is required as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Cover for Engineering Insurance and Statutory Inspection / Hired in Plant as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Computer cover as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Marine cover as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Personal Accident & Travel cover as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Legal Expenses — Family based carers cover as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Terrorism cover as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Medical Malpractice cover as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Cyber Liability (currently uninsured) cover as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON. Premises Pollution Liability cover (or Environmental Impairment) as detailed within the Cheshire East Borough Council (‘CEBC’) Insurance specification and associated appendices prepared by CEBC's brokers AON.
