1. Description of the Service The scope of this contract covers the inspection and testing of the cleanliness of ventilation systems as listed in the attached schedule of premises. Following the inspections, should the installation require cleaning, then the contractor will be required to provide a quotation as detailed within the price list and schedule of rates. • Inspection visits are to be scheduled on award of the contract with subsequent inspections carried out between April and July of each financial/contract year. • Cleaning of ventilation systems to be carried out during holiday or planned shutdown periods.
