Tender description

The University of Edinburgh wishes to appoint a Supplier who will undertake to provide an overall solution for lecture recording as described in the Descriptive Document. This project will not be divided into lots due to its complexity. We will apply a Competitive Dialogue procedure because of specific circumstances related to the project's nature, complexity and legal and financial make-up. Tenderers must self-certify adherence to selection and exclusion criteria via the ESPD (Scotland) on PCS-T, and may be required to submit Means of Proof at a later stage. When completing the ESPD, tenderers must have regard for the specific selection requirements detailed in Section III of this OJEU Notice. Following assessment of ESPDs and specific technical mandatory requirements, we will invite 3 shortlisted tenderers to participate in a dialogue and to submit tenders. After completion of the dialogue, tenderers will be requested to submit a final clarified offer post negotiation. We wish to implement a Lecture Recording Solution. Installation will commence April 2017 with a phased Installation, however, it is envisaged the majority will rolled from April 2017 to September 2017 and the remaining rooms over a further 12-month period. Support and Maintenance should not commence or be paid for until installation is complete and acceptance has been signed off. Approach to be determined during dialogue.
