Tender description

This tender process is undertaken to award contracts for licence agreements to operate café and retail units on The Cork University Hospital campus as separate Lots as follows: Lot 1: Café and Juice Bar at Cork University Maternity Hospital. Lot 2: Retail Unit at Cork University Hospital and retail unit at Cork University Maternity Hospital. Lot 3: Café in the Cardiac Renal Centre, Cork University Hospital. Lot 4: Café in Outpatients Department in Cork University Hospital. Tenders are invited for the operation of a Café Unit and Juice Bar under licence agreement in Cork University Maternity Hospital. Interested parties are invited to offer proposals for the provision of a service which specifically excludes the cooking of meals from the raw ingredient stage on the licensed area. Proposals should include food and beverages for consumption within the licensed area. Tenders are invited for the operation of a Retail Unit under licence agreement in Cork University Hospital and Cork University Maternity Hospital. The retail unit will stock and sell stationary, newspapers, periodicals, paperbacks, sweets, chocolates, minerals, fruit, biscuits, soaps and razors, toys, crisps, ice cream, cards, small drapery items and toiletries to members of the public, patients, staff and other persons attending the hospital. Tenders are invited for the operation of a Cafe Unit under licence agreement in the Cardiac Renal Centre, Cork University Hospital.
