Tender description

The procurement requires mental health housing related support services. It will meet the requirements of the Welsh Government Together for Mental Health Strategy and help achieve our strategic priority locally for supporting people with mental health issues. The service is expected to respond to the needs of people who are awaiting a move on from more intensive forms of provision (e.g. inpatient services, residential care, etc.), or who are at risk of entering such services. The provider will respond to the accommodation and support needs of people who have become homeless or who are at imminent risk of becoming homeless as a consequence of significant mental health difficulties.
